To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

午餐時間來到，會有少量人喺門口等緊，等咗大約5分鐘就入得店內位置唔算好大，好大機會要同其他人搭枱，睇落係有人情味嘅小店，專做街坊生意，都有幾多熟客。今次食咗個上海排骨麵配豬骨湯底，湯底幾清甜，食完唔會口渴，上海麵幼滑，而上海排骨新鮮即炸，鬆脆好味，排骨入味，整體味道幾好而套餐嘅是日餐飲係鴻福堂嘅支裝飲品，如果食午餐時飲唔晒，都可以直接拎走，幾方便整體來講， 40幾蚊可以食到一個上海午餐，質素唔錯，性價比高。值得一試
