To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

周日天氣晴朗，外出到處遊遊，到了沙田的宜家傢俬開餐﹗由於12:30左右去到，人未算多仍有二人雅座，但快到1:00pm已全場滿座，一家大細要搵大枱十分困難﹗第一次試佢既香草煙三文魚，$29﹗都幾大片，吃時灑上檸檬汁，魚味濃亦香，最鍾意佢個香草沙律汁，微酸，有提鮮作用，唔錯呢﹗茄汁長通粉，$39﹗通粉淥得恰到好處，彈牙有咬勁，但個茄汁就嫌太少同味道較淡較寡，$39比較其他食物貴左少少。燒牛肉配薯仔﹗$29﹗兩塊牛肉都算厚切，牛味偏淡，亦韌得好緊要，試一次便夠﹗加多支$10既奇異果汁，埋單$100，來宜家吃價錢是最吸引的地方﹗很想試試凍蝦卻賣哂，有點失望﹗
