To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近聯和墟開咗一間新嘅冰室，今日終於入去一試，2點左右可能過左食飯時間，都都唔太多人，但又唔係無咩人喎，坐低叫咗一個常餐：有一個迷你菠蘿油，炒蛋，一塊火腿，一碗沙嗲牛肉通粉，一杯熱檸水。等左2分鐘唔夠就上左一杯檸檬水，3分鐘唔夠又上左碗沙嗲牛肉通粉，隔多一陣再上埋碟炒蛋火腿迷你菠蘿油。上菜速度好快👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻夠熱👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻菠蘿油夠熱好味，係細個啲啫🤣炒蛋好滑好好食👍🏻👍🏻沙嗲牛肉通粉食到有花生碎，我鐘意，而且唔係太辣都幾香杯熱檸水有4塊檸檬，出面最多3塊，呢度真係唔錯唔錯。
