To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中午來淘大食lunch，淘大一向都多嘢食。見到元氣最近有優惠，每人食夠$50就送一碟大滿足，好似幾抵。一個海鮮丼，連埋湯，連埋炸物，茶碗蒸，都係$88 ，加$12有手卷，仲有一碟大滿足送。本來對中午嘅lunch都不寄予厚望，但難得嘅係魚生飯新鮮，份量足，茶碗蒸又夠滑，仲有帶子。東京拉麵壽司定食$68 ，份量足夠，男士食完也足夠飽。係難得平、靚、正嘅日式定食。淘大這間元氣座位坐得舒服，卡位多，喺疫情期間，個人覺得坐卡位係好重要其實下午茶更低食，下次有時間一定要來試試。
