每次行金魚街,總會被濃濃的燒烤味所吸引,總會駐足一會,買上一,兩串串燒來滿足自己的口腹。今次索性和友人在這間泰國菜一起食晚餐。 原來餐廳分開上,下兩層,我們安排了坐在下層。地方好像有點迫,可能旺角租金真是很昂貴,老闆要儘用每吋空間 餐廳原來每日都有一款特價菜,和叫滿200元,可加一元有樣小食我們叫了2串沙爹豬肉,串燒雞翼,泰式菠蘿炒飯,泰式豬手,泰式咸魚炒芥蘭,咸檸7,因已夠200元,加1元要了泰式木瓜沙律。泰式菠蘿炒飯,好多的豬肉鬆鋪在面上,還有青豆,紅蘿蔔,鮮菠蘿,尤魚,粟米,提子,蝦,蠟腸,蕃茄等,用料十足。每啖都包含了每種材料,有甜有咸,好特別。泰式豬手,用上桂皮,花椒,八角浸熟,所以顏色偏深,看似好肥,但咬下去好嫩滑,唔覺有肥肉夾在其中,有酸菜伴碟,酸酸辣辣, 好開胃,芥蘭墊底,吸收了豬手的醬汁,份外好味主角...串燒沙爹豬,帶少少燶,每件豬肉,都是分開,大小剛好,絶對唔靭,配上餐廳秘製的沙爹醬。好香的花生味,滋味無窮泰式香茅全隻雞翼,很大隻,食到有些香茅味,甜甜地,配合埋餐廳秘製的沙爹醬,又有花生的香味,同在街企著吃又唔同的感覺泰式咸魚炒芥蘭,碎碎的咸魚粒,使咸魚的香味更
