To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間餐廳地方不大,食客不多,主力做外賣,如果是坐滿人客,應該會感覺很迫的。我點了個2人餐$118,有1隻烤雞斬開一半,兩油飯、汽水,+碗仔翅,焗薯,雜菜(三選二)以這個價錢來說,我覺得很平了,份量又多,很抵食,烤雞都算ok,加咪d汁令到隻烤雞不會太乾,味道口感不錯油飯很香,香茅味都夠焗薯很香牛油味,不會太淋雜菜都ok,而且入面有菇食的時候,聽到很多外賣都是叫海南雞,可能海南雞才是最出名,下次要試下。

以這個價錢來說,我覺得很平了,份量又多,很抵食,
烤雞都算ok,加咪d汁令到隻烤雞不會太乾,味道口感不錯
油飯很香,香茅味都夠
焗薯很香牛油味,不會太淋
雜菜都ok,而且入面有菇

食的時候,聽到很多外賣都是叫海南雞,可能海南雞才是最出名,下次要試下。
