To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行過銅鑼灣,見餓餓地,就去後街睇下有咩好食,見到有德國餐廳,見平時少食德國菜,就去試下啦。佢有個brunch set, 主菜+自助小食bar, 主菜由$250-$350都有,我同個fd每人order左一set, 我食魚,佢食牛,一拎上枱,牛扒份量十足,真係2個人食都夠,而魚扒嘅份量就正常,而且煎得香脆,唔錯。係等主菜時,我地就去左佢嘅自助bar睇下有咩食,有沙律,有甜品,有幾款熱葷例如德國腸。又有啲小食,例如炸物,total都有10幾20款,絕對夠食,我地試左啲有興趣嘅,打算食埋個主菜睇下飽唔飽先再食!整體嚟講,食物質素唔錯,仲要有自助小食甜品bar, 真係唔錯嘅選擇。
