牛極作為係香港第一間的石版牛,人氣一直很高也很多人,怕排隊的我,也等到今天才去試試,但也剛好開鋪6點就到,客人不多,可以慢慢坐首先牛極也是首批,引入日本的自動買飛機的店舖,方便之餘不懂店員都會教你用,然後選擇最招牌的牛肩排(180g)和牛柳(200g),當等待牛排時,可以在自助吧拎東西牛極另一吸引的,就是沙律、飯和湯任食,牛肉湯超入味,只係湯都足夠送一碗飯,白飯另外都有味素,唔食牛都可以食飽你當仲拎緊東西時,牛排好快就到,埋位就剛剛好有得食,聽到牛排的吱吱聲,已經食慾大增,很多人食牛掛很喜歡一次過切開,但食石板牛就不好這樣做,因為內部還是半熟,如果切開就會將所有位置變全熟,吃得不夠快煎時間太耐,肉就會太硬
