To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

約了朋友在沙田見面，因為時間尚早又有點肚餓，見到呢間金仔米線嘅餐牌價錢好吸引，於是入去試一試。叫了一碗31蚊嘅豚腩片玉子豆腐紅腸米線，加2蚊飲熱檸蜜，非常便宜。呢碗米線份量適中，豚腩片唔多，玉子豆腐，紅腸和其他芽菜韮菜腐皮配料都正常，湯底係豬骨濃湯底但唔係好濃，味道都ok; 熱檸蜜好飲，成份餐只需$33 好抵。
