To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每逢到葵芳閒逛 必到雲桂香品嚐其腩肉米線此店於葵芳運動場旁 雖離地鐵站有點遠  但品嚐過其腩肉米線 必認同「值回票價」店內頗為寬敞 平時客似雲來 幸好本人到達時已近兩時半 剛避過午飯時間 未算多人本人推介小辣腩肉小窩米線強烈建議品嚐腩肉米線必定要叫小辣 若果中辣或以上 則蓋過其他食材嘅味道 整碗米線頓時失色若果走辣 腩肉則失去其最佳伙伴 皆因微辣可帶出腩肉嘅鮮味湯汁香濃而且酸中帶辣 附肉燥 酸菜 芽菜等配菜米線軟硬適中 微微吸入湯汁 令米線帶有腩肉味道 整個組合非常匹配微辣嘅腩肉厚度適中 雖未夠嫩 但香而濃湯汁本身濃烈 但未有蓋過腩肉味道 反而更令腩肉味道昇華 畫龍點晴 這為雲桂香腩肉嘅特別之處芫茜嘅味道清新 剛好中和腩肉與湯汁嘅濃味 仿如於沙漠上遇到一片綠洲連同凍檸茶 整個組合只賣三十三港元 如此美食 如此份量 只賣此價錢 夫復何求呀
