踏入深秋,又係進補嘅好時候。見倒呢間酒樓推出枝竹羊腩煲,於是同家人嚟食。羊腩煲連生菜一碟,$268。份量好大、羊腩(當然唔係全部羊腩喇!)煮得好冧、好入味,但又唔會太咸。我哋一致認為扺食。另外再叫了孖寶餐-豉油雞同蝦仁炒蛋。雖然孖寶餐只賣$168,但係隻雞一啲都唔細,估計大概斤半重。雞煮到啱啱熟、雞肉好嫩、豉油又甜甜哋,好啱送飯。蝦仁炒蛋一啲都唔失色,只係調味差少少。蝦仁好大隻,有六七隻;蛋炒到八九成熟,仲有少少有滑蛋feel。呢隻整體唔錯,3個人食淨半隻雞拎走。假期前的晚餐,滿足!

蝦仁炒蛋一啲都唔失色,只係調味差少少。蝦仁好大隻,有六七隻;蛋炒到八九成熟,仲有少少有滑蛋feel。
