To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前見到呢度個流心牛角包🥐一直都好想嚟試、但因為要過海，一直遲遲都未嚟。難得今日要過嚟港島區工作，終於扚起心肝，同老公一齊過嚟試吓🤗果然同預期一樣咁好食😋😋今次叫咗個2人75分鐘周未慢煮套餐其實呢個餐真係幾抵食頭盤（限時內任點）迷你海鮮拼盤南瓜湯👍加咗d nuts, 提升咗個湯既香味招牌龍蝦湯牛角包一定要試牛角包🥐好酥脆，牛角包🥐由多層酥皮製力，絕不比出名既牛角包店遜色。因為太好味😋我同老公encore咗3次，竟然食咗3個牛角包🤣🤣日本生蠔🦪🦪（另加$58）鮮甜👍主菜真空美國香煎封門柳，入口質感鬆軟，伴碟既醬汁甜甜地，似南瓜汁。如果伴碟個醬汁換過成松露汁，可能會更美味西班牙黑毛豬腩，豬腩入口即溶😊伴以焗脆了既Ham同野菜，不錯👍剛好平衡返油膩嘅感覺甜品🍮（又喺限時內任點，但其實已經好飽，所以出盡力只能試到3款甜品😅）真空慢煮焦糖燉蛋（如果好想試這個甜品既朋友，建議到最後先食呢個，因為真係有啲膩)爆炸糖海鹽焦糖咖啡流心牛角包🥐牛角包入面既咖啡cream超級香濃，咖啡控值得一試自家製白松露雪糕🍦呢個都喺今日既推介，雪糕有濃郁嘅白松露味😋雪糕唔甜，最後我將雪糕配上牛角包🥐一齊食，竟然意外地夾

牛角包🥐好酥脆，牛角包🥐由多層酥皮製力，絕不比出名既牛角包店遜色。因為太好味😋我同老公encore咗3次，竟然食咗3個牛角包🤣🤣
