To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友一齊喺油麻地覓食，經過呢間茶餐廳，見到門口有幾張貓貓海報，幾得意，好奇之下就決定入去睇吓試吓😆原來入邊真係有幾隻貓貓，佢哋有時食嘢有時行嚟行去有時走上收銀枱有時瞓覺💤，非常可愛🥰叫咗兩個小菜：$70嘅「椒鹽豬扒」同 $78嘅「豉汁蒸倉魚」，每個小菜都送白飯同例湯；再加一個 $40嘅「蒜蓉炒菜心」😆「椒鹽豬扒🐷」煎得好香口，肉質仲幾 juicy，切成 bite size 食得好方便😆；加咗椒鹽所以香上加香😋。「蒜蓉炒菜心🥬」顏色嫩綠，食落幾爽脆，用蒜蓉🧄炒簡單又好味😋。「豉汁蒸倉魚🐟」嘅倉魚成條上，肉質鮮甜，加咗大量豆豉同埋醬油，好惹味😋
