To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

剛好朋友介紹話只要出示中環、金鐘、灣仔公司地址之名片，即可以優惠價HKD 158 (已包加一服務費）享用自助午餐🍴，見個價錢咁抵，就搞一次公司聚餐😆當日係星期五，座無虛席，可以由12:00 食到14:30。海鮮方面：總共有四款，大蝦 🦐都幾爽彈新鮮、沙白都算清甜、青口偏細仔無咩味、藍青口好大隻鮮甜，可惜有沙。刺身得鯛魚同三文魚🍣😆三文魚🍣好薄🔪、不過味道過得去，吾會話好新鮮。sushi 得幾款，比較乾食。熱葷方面：選擇都算多，大推既士多啤梨🍓骨🐖、酸酸甜甜，豬骨部分骨肉容易分離，咬落焾身。有我最愛既八珍甜醋姜醋蛋，豬骨完全不吝嗇，食多點補補骨膠原😍，另外都有基本炒麵炒飯和車仔面檔仔，因為太飽要留肚食甜點🍮。甜品🍮方面：蛋糕🎂種類繁多，幕絲蛋糕🍰係主打，另外有即製pancake 🥞可自行加雪糕🍦，仲有媲美KFC既迷你葡撻，不錯。總結：咁既食物對得住咁既價錢食物方面都係中上水準值得ENCORE
