今次嚟到銅鑼灣鬧市,去食銅鑼灣分店嘅Grill Room,今次去食仲要係semi lunch buffet!! 即係套餐呢就已經包咗呢一個嘅湯啦,前菜,甜品同埋嘢飲。如果再想食其他嘅主菜嘅話呢就可以再額外加配。1️⃣香煎三文魚柳伴菠菜苗枝豆 配 檸檬牛油汁:是Grill Room的人氣推薦。新鮮多汁的三文魚柳經過香煎後,表皮金黃酥脆,內裡鮮嫩多汁。搭配清爽嫩滑的菠菜苗和脆口的青豆2️⃣脆皮豬腩伴香草燒菠蘿 配 日式洋蔥汁: 厚實多汁的豬腩肉經過精心烹調,表層酥脆可口,內裡肉質鮮嫩。配以香氣襲人的燒菠蘿,增添了清新的味道。淋上濃郁醇厚的日式洋蔥汁,更突出了肉類的鮮美。絕對是重口味食客的最愛。響銅鑼灣想食吓西餐,又想又唔同嘅選擇嘅西餐嘅話,我覺得呢間餐廳都幾大推!
