To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢度午餐自助餐款式都好多，同埋都好多人，好彩提早book定位！海鮮方面，佢有生蠔🦪任食，每人每次最多拎2隻。佢唔算好大隻，但鮮甜無腥味，易入口；蟹鉗🦀大大隻、蟹肉紮實，調味後小小鹹味但無搶到鮮甜嘅肉味。蝦都係新鮮彈牙 🦐 肉眼扒半生熟，滿滿牛味；燒腩肉都燒得外皮香脆，肉汁豐富，香草調味剛好，點埋蜜糖芥末醬中和佢嘅油脂，配搭一流！🥩🥓刺身有5種海鮮選擇，都算新鮮，而且每次都會俾3片，份量好足夠。🍣甜品有Movenpick雪糕任食，正呀！🍦仲有啲熱葷、沙律、串燒等等都幾好食，400蚊左右嘅價錢係值門票價嘅！🤪
