To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日喺沙田圍站行過去沙角商場，只係2分鐘路程，一入到去就見到金仔米線做緊推廣。花膠雲吞雞煲只係$168，當然要即刻試吓啦！呢個花膠雲吞雞煲真係令人眼前一亮。一上檯個樣已經好吸睛，個煲熱氣騰騰，聞落已經知好濃郁。舀起一碗湯，清甜濃郁嘅味道即刻撲鼻而來。雞肉嫩滑，保持住鮮味，花膠膠質都幾豐富，食落口感十足。雲吞餡料夠扎實，每一口都充滿驚喜，真係冬日嘅暖胃之選！餐廳仲有簡單嘅自助吧，辣椒醬、醋、醬油都有。不過我自己鍾意原汁原味，就冇用到啲醬料。但如果你鍾意其他口味，可以去拎嚟試吓，加少少喺湯煲或者米線度，可能會有驚喜嘅效果。另外，我哋仲叫咗牛肉丸同豚腩片。牛肉丸好 juicy，豚腩片嫩滑又唔會太膩。配埋米線食，每一條米線都吸滿咗濃郁嘅湯汁，真係食到好滿足，連湯都飲晒！
