To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去太子嗰頭開會，開會前同同事食個下午茶，原本諗住去間新開燒鵝店試新嘢，去到太多人就轉去大埔道一間食開嘅茶餐廳，點知已經結業大吉，唯有行翻去界限街嗰邊，時間緊逼，見到基隆茶餐廳有位即衝入去，同事叫咗個乾炒豬排烏冬，佢話好好食豬排炸得好香好入味。我就叫咗個常餐好似比下午茶更豐富，沙嗲牛肉意轉咗即食麵，沙嗲好香牛肉軟身無筋，麵都煮得爽口，跟餐有火腿奄列及牛油方包，好耐無飲凍奶茶，佢杯凍奶茶唔錯，茶夠濃同奶嘅配搭啱啱好。仲有佢嘅午餐同下午茶差唔多價錢，如果食午飯感覺上會優惠啲。
