Restaurant: Daddy's Kitchen
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於馬鞍山的老爹Daddy's Kitchen名稱很特別，令我想起Jimmy's Kitchen，不過風格卻很不同，馬鞍山朋友說這是一間街坊抵吃飯堂，他今晚帶我來吃晚餐。果然，一個扒餐也不用一百元，包餐湯、餐包及餐飲，而餐飲有非一般的選擇。我選了紐西蘭西冷牛扒配芥茉紅洒汁，煎得唔錯牛扒，又夠大塊，最重要係有肉汁，味道不錯。朋友今日點了星洲椰香喇沙豬軟骨煲，聞到好香，好足料， 豬軟骨很軟滑，我覺得用來配飯吃比較好。另外再加咗個蒜香雞翼， 煎得好金黃，外脆內軟，非常惹味。飲品太多種類可以選擇，我有點選擇困難，最後我選了蜜桃綠茶，朋友選了青蘋果綠茶。 唔算甜，幾創新。本來好想點佢哋嘅蛋糕，見到個樣好高貴好想吃，可惜吃完個晚餐已經無能為力再點吃了。
