To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見到門口貼左張海報做緊西澳龍蝦每斤$188💰好似都好抵咁就入左食啦。由於只呢個價只係用上湯焗冇伊麵, 酒樓經理就介紹左個海鮮超特價餐🤩有約斤半既龍蝦加伊麵就$368, 如果再配一款海鮮就$458。最後決定左叫呢個海鮮餐, 叫左蒜茸粉絲蒸北元貝4隻🐚原本以為兩個人黎講呢個餐應該唔會太多, 點知上菜見到大大碟龍蝦同4隻大元貝, 真係有D眼闊肚窄🫣唔知係咪平日6點就去食, 客人未係好多, 上菜速度好快, 龍蝦伊麵唔洗10分鐘已經上菜✌🏻龍蝦啖啖肉, 煮得岩岩好肉質唔會煮到靭晒😌伊麵就太碎每次夾起都係得幾條。蒸元貝上既粉絲好多, 仲有少少金針菇, 元貝都大大粒好新鮮🤩總結係兩個人食呢個餐好飽, 而且呢碟都有麵食, 飽上加飽🫨
