To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

電影中心睇完戲，諗住係附近搵間餐廳醫肚，就發現咗呢間樓上餐廳，價錢望落唔貴又咁啱有想食嘅嘢，就決定一試。炭燒美國草飼肉眼牛扒份量十足，牛扒嘅表面燒得小脆，肉質鮮嫩，識落夠爽口，又唔會燒過龍，保留到牛扒嘅肉汁。燒汁夠香濃，仲配埋黃芥末，食落風味十足。軟殼蟹黑松露忌廉汁意粉呢個價錢識到全隻軟殼蟹都算抵玩。軟殼蟹開半後再炸，食落夠晒脆口，保留到軟殼蟹嘅鮮味，而且仲食到有蟹膏。個意粉嘅黑松露味道偏強，又夠晒creamy，同軟殼蟹都幾夾。配套餐會有法式烤包，同埋餐湯或者沙律。烤包夠香脆，牛油又夠香滑。餐飲揀咗指定口味果汁，係芒果汁。逢星期六晚仲會有live band
