To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晨早去到西環, 食返個豐富早餐. 上咗去熟食市場搵食. 原來8點多已經很多人, 今次食源成興. 叫咗個早餐, 有沙爹牛面, 腸仔煎蛋, 牛油多士加杯熱朱古力. 只係$29! 出前一丁不用加錢, 多士又不用加錢! 淨係個價錢已經贏哂. 牛油多士先到, 係金黃色脆囗的, 一點也不求其. 沙爹牛一丁送埋包麻油, 正! 牛肉有好多件, 唔會太"淋", 有𡁻囗, 牛味重, 好味! 腸仔就麻麻哋, 有D over cooked. 熱朱古力甜度適中足料. 性價比高, 唯一缺點係環境差D, 個地下"痴立立".
