To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上次食完「瀧」之後，今次試試隔離既「越龍棧」，我估可能係同一個老闆。呢間主打越南和泰國野。午餐真係好抵食！唔止價錢平宜，環境又舒服，食物亦都好好味！泰式豬頸肉炒河粉好香辣，味道好正，豬頸肉煮得好滑嫩，同河粉一齊炒得岩岩好。生牛肉河粉湯底鮮甜，牛肉切得好薄，食落好嫩滑，同埋河粉都煮得剛好，口感好好。飲品方面，凍檬茶同港式咖啡走甜都好好味，而且飲品選擇都好多，就算加$3都可以揀凍飲同埋餐一齊飲。好適合夏天飲凍飲解渴，又或者食完餐飲杯咖啡提神。總體來說，呢間餐廳嘅午餐真係好抵食，食物好味又好平，環境都舒服，飲品選擇又多，一定要嚟試下啦！
