To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

抵食足料又好味

相信呢間排骨麵好多係hku既學生都可能食過，鋪頭唔大，但上菜都幾快，而且老闆都好nice，人來人往。 好味指數:8/10佢地上菜既時候，我已經有少少驚呆。因為$43黎講，真係幾大份又足料。排骨口感上，係好酥香軟淋，而且佢既味道好特別，真係唔知用左咩醬/煮法，令到個排骨咁好食。雲呑既餡係白菜豬肉，皮薄餡實，白菜仔都係新鮮鮮甜既。唯一美中不足就係d上海麵，味道較淡，偏硬身，不過每張枱都有d 辣醬等醬汁，我都加左少少辣，感覺不錯不錯！仲有個豆漿，都要讚，有新鮮，有熱有凍揀，又唔會太甜，真材實料呢！

佢地上菜既時候，我已經有少少驚呆。
因為$43黎講，真係幾大份又足料。


排骨口感上，係好酥香軟淋，而且佢既味道好特別，真係唔知用左咩醬/煮法，令到個排骨咁好食。
