To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

紅磡最近新開左一間叫四哥車仔麵，冇幾耐來之前仲係雲吞麵舖，原來已經頂咗手。裝修格局不變，依舊冷氣夠坐得舒服。我見到一面四送只係$43，仲要冇限制叫邊一款類型，換言之，就算你叫四款$13既送，埋單一樣都係$43。好抵食。下午茶時段，仲免費送嘢飲👍🏼👍🏼我叫咗四個餸，流心蛋，豬頸肉，豬紅，冬菇。餸既份量比我想像中多，淨係冬菇都有五舊，而且推介豬紅好好味。值得一讚係佢嘅流心蛋，一咬入去，真係有流心效果，好少食車仔麵可以食到真流心蛋👍🏼總體而言，又平又靚又正，呢間的確係街坊嘅好選擇👍🏼
