To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日放假既時候 我都中意自己岀去行下街食下野 而今日又係黎到最岩獨食既西九龍中心 food court 食個下午茶Menu我就叫左個香茅豬頸肉豬骨濃湯米線 ($28) 賣相就一般般 睇個樣d豬頸肉好硬蹦蹦咁點知咬落發現好脆口 豬頸肉炸到好酥脆 同時又鎖住到肉汁 好唔簡單 食極都仲有咁多舊 真係好抵食 湯底我只係揀左個普通既豬骨濃湯都已經好正 轉其他麻辣或番茄湯底都唔駛加錢真係好少有不過望落個廚房衛生情況其實麻麻地 但係都係唔好諗咁多了 食左先算 我下次都會回頭再試哈哈
