來到九龍城不是一定要吃泰國菜的,這家正在試業的居酒屋也值得一試!我們今晚兩個人來到這裡,點了很多串燒、一枝梅酒、飯糰、鵝肝等等,埋單六百幾,好抵食。食物質素基本都唔錯,驚喜係紫蘇豬肉卷同燒鵝肝,有感動!雖然唔係用炭火燒,見到好似係用熱管(但滴油會有火,唔識唔太肯定),火候同炭火燒的居酒屋有分別,例如明太子外面ok但裡面有點太熟,但變左舖頭冇咁大煙。另外梅酒一般用中杯加冰,侍應俾左細清酒杯,之後問拎中杯同冰又好似酒樓飲可樂俾成杯冰咁,有點不夠專業喔,希望會改善!
