上環一家小小的阿根廷扒房，以鐵板呈上試了兩個不同的部位🥩外層焦香，牛柳脂肪比例較低，但也不會乾韌，口感柔軟。而西冷油脂多點，牛味也相對濃一點，個人更喜歡這一款😚兩款都是 medium rare! chimichurri醬汁好有南美風味還可以減低油膩感~另外試了牛腸，外層燒至焦香，口感粉粉的挺惹味!加點檸檬汁有助解膩～burrata cheese 好creamy 加上pesto sauce調味清新開胃，也是個不錯的前菜☺️
