To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一行二人食晏時間嚟咗銅鑼灣鵝頸橋附近，周圍食肆都好多人，就隨意入咗呢間《雲桂香》。餐廳入邊滿滿都係客人，好彩侍應都安排到兩個座位俾我哋。餐牌圖文並茂，都算清晰，有好多種配搭。我叫咗個魚腐港式米線 ($33)，雖然話係胡椒湯底，不過湯底嘅胡椒味比較淡，魚腐就爽身彈牙，米線份量都幾多，整碗粉清清地味道都唔錯。朋友叫咗個豬大腸小鍋米線 ($36)，豬大腸酸酸甜甜夠腍滑夠入味，湯底亦都好滋味，讚！整體嚟講，呢兩碗米線嘅味道都唔錯，份量亦足，呢個價錢喺銅鑼灣來講算係好抵食。

我叫咗個魚腐港式米線 ($33)，雖然話係胡椒湯底，不過湯底嘅胡椒味比較淡，魚腐就爽身彈牙，米線份量都幾多，整碗粉清清地味道都唔錯。
