To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇一家人出街食飯。如果你要我出街食飯,梗係要食啲鮑參翅肚啦~如果唔係就屋企煮罷了。哈哈~原來食好嘢,未必要很破費。$9.8一隻八頭鮑你聽過未? 係真的,不過每位客人上限1隻。我們四個人當然要叫盡佢,一人一隻蠔皇八頭鮑魚扣金錢,鮑魚扣得很入味。夏日炎炎,吃個海皇冬瓜盅是常識。每人可以分到兩碗。有鮑,梗係要有海參,海參花菇玉掌煲 ($108),海參很粗,冬菇很大隻,玉掌也很入味。仔仔要吃牛仔骨,點了黑椒頂級牛仔骨 ($88),少少辣很野味,只是肉比例太少。如果你是食肉獸,就不夠吃了。我點了生煎菜肉包 ($38)代替粥飯,可惜皮太厚肉汁不夠多,很飽肚。冇錯,今晚冇翅肚,留番下次去吃。

仔仔要吃牛仔骨,點了黑椒頂級牛仔骨 ($88),少少辣很野味,只是肉比例太少。如果你是食肉獸,就不夠吃了。
