To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

IKEA 嘅Meat balls 由細食到依家都係咁抵食，味道就見仁見智，但我久唔久就心思思想食。但大家吾好將佢同手造肉丸比，佢口感較實，但$23 十粒又有薯蓉底仲想點，重點係一定要加紅莓醬、肉汁= CP 值高！一碟又點會滿足到兩條餓鬼喂，黎多十粒….吾該！蜜糖煙熏三文魚沙律$39三文魚鬆都吾算少，加上一球薯仔沙律、雨衣金蘭等，沙律醬要幾多自己加，成個組合系夾嘅，味道清新，ok la!鱈魚菠菜蓉$49真心吾好食，件鱈魚又凍又乾，菠菜蓉成pat 嘢咁，揀錯嘢。蔬菜薯餅 $8基本上係一個薯餅加咗少少水嘅蔬菜，因為只係微暖所以大大減低美味度，如果即炸即吃應該味道唔錯。$8 咖啡/汽水任飲，我隊二杯也不為多。
