To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳係food court入面，雖然鋪頭不大，但款色很多，應該能滿足絕大部分人的口味。我們點了怡保芽菜雞絲湯米線怡保芽菜是比較粗身但短小的芽菜，食落去較普通芽菜更有咬口。呢個湯加了蜆來增加鮮味，飲落去很清甜。雞絲應該用了雞脾肉，食落去嫩滑，加上淡淡的白胡椒調味，食到原味。整碗米線食落都好清爽，小朋友都岩食。檳成白咖哩配吉列班塊吉列班塊有6塊咁多，外面香脆，內裡的魚肉嫰滑。白咖哩香中帶小辣，送飯一流。鳳尾蝦網米春卷網米春卷真係脆到一咬便化開，好似似食薯片咁滋味。加埋蝦，真係一流配搭。薏米水和凍美祿都不會太甜。薏米水飲落去有淡淡的薏米味，很消暑。凍美祿就正常發揮。
