今日入左元朗開工,收工已九點幾,見到平時排晒隊嘅酒泉吾駛排,於是叫埋两位同事一齊食,其實幾個月前都試過,但食物質素好似提升左,食魚生其實最緊要新鮮,而飯混入醋的比例也很重要,今次酒泉兩方面都做得好好,令魚生味道得已提升。蟹子沙律,蟹子的比例都好多,混入新鮮青菜絲,好好味!!另外壽司的份量也很多,很大件……3個人食到抱住個肚都係4百幾蚊,勁抵食。 下次入元朗開工一定再食(如果吾駛排隊)
