To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 學生時代已經經常嚟日之苑,因為要數港大附近性價比最高的日本菜,這間餐廳一定當之無愧。今日回到這一帶想懷緬一下過去,原來以前會點的魚生飯在不知不覺間已加價了3,4元。不過這一次正好有推廣,凡點魚生飯或定食,隨餐附送日本蒸蛋,感覺好像還更實惠了。三色刺身飯餐,盛惠$65。蒸蛋又滑又足料三色魚生飯份量很多,有三文魚,呑拿魚,油甘魚和大量蟹籽。還有青瓜絲托底。呑拿魚,油甘魚都不是最肥美的部分,味偏淡,至於三文魚因為是腩的部分,所以超肥美。投身社會後好東西吃多了,感覺這裡沒有以前般出色,但$65一餐,有麵鼓湯和蒸蛋,和大份量的魚生飯,仍然是這區抵食之選!

三色魚生飯份量很多,有三文魚,呑拿魚,油甘魚和大量蟹籽。還有青瓜絲托底。呑拿魚,油甘魚都不是最肥美的部分,味偏淡,至於三文魚因為是腩的部分,所以超肥美。
