Hong Kong Style Meatless Menu Fast Food Salt & Sugar Reduction Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日嚟到北角健威坊，這個商場唔算大，但係有已經有好多間快餐店、餐廳，午餐時間就間間都多人排隊或者等位或買外賣。去到大家樂見到有位坐，所以就決定坐低食，我點咗鮑片福建炒飯+凍低糖綠茶。大約都要等8分鐘取餐，店員都非常有禮貌，取餐時會主動講多謝👍🏻飯和福建油係熱嘅，上面有3片鮑片，其實這些都係螺片，不過通常都叫鮑片比較好聽。鮑片冇咩特別味道，反而係個福建汁和雞粒雜菜幾好，唔會死咸，飯煮得粒粒分明，分量都足夠食得飽👍🏻凍低糖綠茶夠凍但係冇乜茶味，似冰水🤨不過咁，$36嚟計係好抵食而且好味。整體來講係好，會再嚟。
