To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

抵食鮮甜海鮮粥

因為近公司，路過呢度好多次，見到menu專賣生滾粥，竟然有蟹粥~ 想試但未有機會。今晚好想食粥，就諗起佢~看似平凡既小店，原來食物好掂! 老闆娘話今日蟹唔夠，問我轉海鮮粥o唔ok~ 嘩，粥一嚟到，一碗都夠2個人食，蟹有蟹蓋，幾隻蟹肉，1個細蟹鉗，肥美蜆有幾隻，大蝦1隻，粥底有啲蟹糕同肉碎，好鮮甜，好食過澳門果啲又貴又難食，仲要呢度一碗HKD42咋! 老闆娘推介食白灼生蠔，係點wasabi食既，台山黎唔太大隻但鮮，HKD168，因我地第1次黎，叫啲平民價錢穩陣啲所以冇食蠔，點知枱枱都話要叫呢款生蠔喎! 下次一定要試!我地仲叫左及第湯飯同豉椒炒蜆，及第好足料，豬潤大片厚身好味，湯都好飲~ 炒蜆肥美大隻仲有好多隻，唔係得啲殼~ HKD60! 我覺得抵食好味過愛文生~下次黎要試沙薑豬肚，炒雞什煲，蠔豉粥，咸肉糉，豉油皇炒麵，椒鹽田雞，羊腩煲。。。。。好多好多
