To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

疫情之下要減少人群聚集，又要減少出街次數，所以假期啲人多數瞓得晏，我哋就早小小食午餐同買嘢啦。我一向喜歡呢度啲魚麵，上次食墨魚丸偏咸，估唔到今次叫魚皮餃都係偏咸，反而佢個炸豬扒撈檬唔錯，好鍾意佢哋個汁。清湯蘿蔔無得輸，大大碗好抵食👍👍最攪笑係我哋食個咸檸七，佢送咗上嚟無睇，篤完個咸檸就開罐汽水倒入去，飲咗 2 啖先發覺嗰罐喺忌廉唔係七喜，而味道又唔錯喎 🤭🤭由於法例要求每張檯坐唔多過 4 個人又要探熱，我哋要等咗陣先入座，老闆娘好好禮貌，唔好意思前唔該後 💝💝 下次要再幫襯先 😍😍
