To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 別被享和街頭的車房舖頭誤導,其實這條街藏有不少食店在內。今晚下班後,便過來找閏蜜食晚飯,來到「小越廚」。門面設計未見十分亮眼,但入內後就別有洞天。餐廳佈滿各式各樣充滿越式風情的裝飾和插畫,立刻感到很有氣氛。餐廳提供了一個二人套餐,的確可以省卻不少時間去思考今晚食乜好。$178的價錢有2碗粉麵、2個小食,以及2個飲品。必須一讚的是雞絲肉質非常滑嫩,入口味道很香。札肉切得很厚,有微微黑椒香。河粉份量頗為多,不會煮到太碎散。而最能畫龍點睛的就是湯底,濃厚的牛骨香和獨有香料味為整碗河粉生色不少。這款的海鮮蟹膏湯底味道香濃,而且因為加入了蕃茄,混雜了酸甜味道,添了幾分開胃感。配餸分別有越式札肉、蟹膏、蕃茄、豬紅和豆卜,甚為豐富。檬粉爽口,亦都十分掛湯,很入味。蔗蝦是筆者最愛吃的越式小食。蝦膠包裹著甘蔗,然後放滾油炸香。味道香口的同時,也吸入了甘蔗的清甜。蝦肉入口有少許起膠感。雞肉包在斑蘭葉中,在過程中索入斑蘭的香味。但稍嫌雞肉炸的時間過久,肉質偏乾硬。龍眼冰清甜,見到杯內放了不少龍眼肉,相當真材實料。
