To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嚟過幾次,下午茶個鮮茄焗豬扒飯幾抵食,多蕃茄多芝士,味道不錯。星期日下午,唔算多人,但封咗後半場,一個人來變相搭枱。誤進了後半場會無人理,好不容易揮手找到職員就會問你幾多位,然後帶返你去前面。服務態度,版上評語好壞參半,其實算有禮貌,落單時我猶疑了半分鐘,職員依然好聲好氣,上菜都會出聲,又會提你小心熱。不過人手嚴重不足,都係唔好太高期望。結構性問題,餐廳佈局令人容易燥底。右邊走廊原來是職員通道,設計太開揚,不知道用了那邊行,職員會提你用返另一邊行。不過,鋪位門口太闊,坐前半場的話,大部分座位都對坐門口,睇住出面人來人往,感覺好似係商場走廊食飯咁,出面的人行過睇下餐牌都順便可以睇埋裡面客人食相,亦毫無隔音可言,水吧位又長,執碗執碟更應聲。木枱面加木餐具兜,真係要幾嘈都得,唯有寄望職員擺餐具同放餐牌時輕手啲。門面一大截用做收銀和陳列架,結果座位排得好密。新開張那陣子會覺得很有特色,但嚟多幾次就會覺得多餘、整色整水,我又唔係嚟食佢個瓷磚地板。衛生方面,如果提供埋紙巾畀抹下長擺枱面的餐具會好啲。
