To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行下城門河心血來潮想試下麗豪酒店自助餐，上網即刻買kkday優惠仲有買一送一添！自助餐主題係「焗龍蝦、焗蠔、松葉蟹 」，平日夜晚仲要冇乜人！勁正，唔駛迫唔駛排隊！食物方面，選擇都算多，海鮮有蝦、蟹腳、蜆、螺、青口，食過都幾新鮮，蝦肉夠實夠爽，唔癡殼！蟹腳唔會雪到乾哂冇哂味，食落有海水味而家仲可以拆出成條蟹肉！熟食從來唔係我主打但都試左少少池畔燒烤嘅牛扒、羊架、蔬菜等等，新鮮燒起真係又另有風味！而且冇乜人排隊，可以慢慢揀想食嘅野！另外印度咖喱配印度薄餅都值得一食，咖喱幾有椰香味，薄餅都有少少椰奶味，食落香而煙韌，淨係咖喱汁薄餅都好食另外甘蔗南瓜湯超香濃超滑，食完生冷野暖肚一流！甜品選擇都不少，而且都細細件，岩哂乜都想試少少嘅我！個人覺得意大利芝士餅幾出色！夠滑又夠濃可可味，唔太甜，仲帶少少咖啡香，另外蜂蜜蛋糕都不錯， 普遍都係低糖主義唔會太甜，好適合香港女士！重頭戲就係芝士焗龍蝦， 一個夜晚都出咗兩次，而且包人人有份！龍蝦非常結實，爽而有咬口，味道清鮮甜！面層芝士好濃郁作點綴！正！食左兩輪，乜都夠哂！抵食，服務好，唔駛迫！可以安哥！
