星期日和家人們一齊去咗大角咀嘅老掌櫃東北菜館食晚飯,雖然早已book位,但門口有好多人排隊,所以都要等一等先可以入座!我哋叫咗:北京填鴨(全隻)跟24塊面皮,鴨片切得很薄,皮脆內嫩,有90分!好抵食啊!鴨兩食-茄子炒鴨架,炒出來很大碟,茄子炒得夠淋,鴨件亦很入味。乾煸四季豆,炒得好夠鑊氣,有少少豬肉碎。蝦蛋炒飯,蝦好大隻,正常味道,飯粒粒分明。雞絲粉皮,有蘿蔔絲、青瓜絲、麻醬撈埋一齊。高力豆沙,必食甜點,炸得趣卜卜,內餡係紅豆,上邊有啲白糖點來一起吃。
