To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大中華依個名,無論係飲食節目,定係朋友介紹都聽過好多次。今次與同事聚會終於有機會試。食飯有分時段1815-2015,2015-2215同一般食小菜既飯店一樣,環境一般,但座位夠,亦都唔迫。飲品同甜品都要例外買,但其實亦都屬於佢地既,比較得意。食物好快就到,可能唔算太滿既關係,過左時間只係叫我地埋單,無趕我地走,依個抵讚。價錢亦都好合理,絕對可以encore
