To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

六月時買咗個$668四人海鮮餐,屋企人睇完食評個個都話想試,結果變成六人出席,四人餐份量十足,六個人只加多一窩雞粥、一碟椒鹽鮮魷和一罐可樂、埋單只係俾多$173, 個個飽到捧住個肚出門口。樣樣都好好味,尤其是招牌海鮮粥、椒鹽鮮魷、黃金煎蠔餅、黃金煎雜魚、紅燒炸乳鴿、椒椒抄蟹一定要食,豉椒抄花甲和椒鹽蝦就咸咗D。老公話下次要去試吓清蒸的海鮮菜式如帶子皇…見佢外賣有時菜魚骨腩都好想試吓,有新鮮的海鮮應該清蒸會更好味😋
