To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日朋友介紹我去酒家食晚飯,咁就去食下啦。一到睇到間酒樓個氣派都唔錯,就臨近石門站隔離都幾算方便。一上到去覺得間酒樓都幾新應該係新開嘅我都係第一次去。咁一睇餐牌就有個優惠睇吓又有雞又有魚咁就叫你試吓啦。上次食飯食唔到片皮鴨今次就係呢間酒樓叫左片皮鴨食下啦。咁我哋兩個帶咗三個餸都已經足夠嘅。片皮鴨一上枱見到個鴨都算脆卜卜,就已經有職員上前幫我地處理隻片皮鴨上枱。跟咗兩個將再加埋個配菜同醬汁。片皮鴨我哋叫咗一食,一隻片皮鴨片都有滿滿的一碟。我平時比較鍾意所有野都包起跟住再點醬食,食落感覺清新的因為有蔬菜同埋皮感覺上均衡點飲食。一嗰塊鴨皮其實都幾算趣口,鴨皮一咬落去已經出咗鮮味,食落去覺得味道唔錯,一啲都唔肥膩,一上枱已經食已經食咗成三四件。剛上到嚟見到台台都有呀一隻脆皮雞咁我們兩人都有大半隻你試吓啦。脆皮雞食落果皮都幾脆,肉質比想像中嫩滑味道,個師傅廚師處理得好,唔錯唔錯。依個清蒸沙巴龍躉班百零蚊一條,食落去真係幾新鮮,啲肉質一食就知道係游水嘅,我本人就鍾意食魚肉,我朋友就鍾意食魚骨一絕。魚肉方便肉質嫩滑彈牙爽口我本人就鍾意食呢種質感。而家係用呢個價錢食到呢種質素嘅魚埋單兩人又食魚又食片皮
