To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日行完IKEA見，攰攰地所以就決定順便食埋晚餐先至走。而佢仲做緊一啲瑞典嘅節慶，所以個餐牌都有少少同平時唔同的。我哋今日兩個人就叫咗三碟菜:1) 瑞典凍蝦配羽衣甘藍及薯仔沙律 (4/5)呢一個十開胃，加埋少少薯仔沙律，其實一個人食呢一個沙律都已經飽飽地㗎啦。不過佢個沙律醬就只係得一個選擇，就係千島醬。2) 肉醬千層麵 (2.5/5) 呢度千層麵同出邊嘅有少少唔同就係佢有一層口口嘅芝士係面, 所以食落有啲溜。同埋肉醬稍為有啲少，唔係幾夠。3) 肉丸配薯蓉 (4/5)呢個每一次嚟到都必食嘅，現而家都仲係咁抵食$20有10粒。抵過出面食魚蛋啊！
