To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

心血來潮即日 book dinner buffet，食物種類唔算多亦唔算少，基本野都有齊。燒味乳豬靚，老火湯好好飲，葡撻椰撻都好好食。青口蟹腳熟蝦都ok新鮮，正正常常唔會霉霉爛爛。刺身有三文魚、鯛魚、希靈魚，種類唔多但都夠新鮮。芝士長通粉好食，中菜燒烤大部分都正正常常。有個爐俾你，可以拎湯拎火鍋料打邊爐。仲有朱古力火鍋玩，有啲水果棉花糖之類可以玩。相當有驚喜。人唔係好多，9點都冇晒人，不過靜靜地都幾多。唔係打手，冇影相。真心推介😂
