Yakiniku 日式燒肉越開越多,抵食鋪越來越少。今次去這一家,地方闊落之餘,每碟燒肉價錢都只是4-60元,份量非常夠二人食,人多叫多幾碟都不會太貴!今次叫了韓國燒肉秘叫,這裡也有做的秘製味噌豬大腸,都有十件左右,每件都用自家製味噌醃製,燒時放在爐邊慢慢燒,才不會太易燒焦。特選厚切鹽燒牛舌有五塊,塊塊厚切大大件,超多肉汁,解凍時間剛剛好,放中間燒久一點也不怕。岩鹽青檸燒豬頸肉擺盤砌成花形,每片都有油脂均勻分佈,喜歡香口類肉的必叫!特上厚切牛胸腹有18厘米長,成立方柱體,全條每邊都以斜刀開半,拉長成花。整條放上中間位燒至變色,再剪開一片片,過癮無比!壓軸登場櫻花黑豚卷壺漬,每片都醃上特製醬料,鮮香肉嫩,正!
