在網上看到金金日式燒肉推出了放題優惠,就訂了枱和男朋友拍拖逛街後去吃一開始,餐廳先上了一個拼盤,包括了日本A5和牛西冷扒。這款和牛的油脂分布十分均勻,肉質細膩,每一口都充滿了濃郁的油香。特別是日本A5和牛上腿肉和肩胛肉,入口即化。而38cm鎖鏈牛翼板則帶來了不同的口感,這款肉質相對有咬口,但有濃厚的肉味。而香草牛油帆立具則是十分鮮甜。鹽燒網走車海老,就相對普通。鹽燒鮮活鰻魚的肉質彈牙,但調味較淡。鹽燒厚切牛舌芯是我的最愛,牛舌芯的口感軟嫩。香草汁雞腿肉。這道菜的香草汁調味適中,雞腿肉嫩滑。任食部分中還有澳洲和牛,雖然沒有日本和牛般肥美,但肉味卻格外濃郁。特別是牛舌,是我心目中的最佳選擇。甜品有自家製牛乳凍和雪糕糯米糍。牛乳凍的口感滑順,帶有淡淡的奶香。小總結❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️📌拼盤肉類高質📌澳洲和牛肉味濃📌環境舒適 continue reading
