今日同朋友去銅鑼灣食燒肉做晚餐,因為2個女仔食放題食得唔多野,所以去左呢到,可以散叫又可以簡放題既日式燒肉店。特上厚切牛胸腹 鹽蔥呢款肉既筋膜比較多,油花好豐厚,燒完咬落去好juicy,再加上佢厚切,食落好有嚼勁,但唔會韌。厚切鹽燒黑豚豬腩肉成日覺得食燒肉要食鹽味先真係食到肉本身既味道!,所以豬肉同樣都簡左鹽燒。豬腩肉肥瘦分明,脂肪好均勻。燒完之後,脂肪位置金黃香脆,咬落去唔會好油膩,反而多左彈牙既口感.黑松露和牛炒飯飯粒粒粒分明,和牛切得細細粒,易入口,配埋黑松露提升飯味道,好滿足。芝麻阿波雞軟骨好惹味脆口,唔覺唔覺清左碟!! continue reading
