To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次就去左大角嘴既小林札幌拉麵🍜，試食左佢地既二人餐，可以揀兩個主食同三個小食，好豐富！⁣⁣▫️二人餐 (2個主食+3個小食) ($258)⁣-味增拉麵🍜⁣湯底好濃味，好重味增味，真材實料，但又唔會太咸，麵質彈牙爽口，店舖都強調拉麵係由係北海道新鮮到港拉麵！⁣⁣-鰻魚飯 (+$10)⁣鰻魚厚身大件，加上鰻魚汁好特別，好似有陣陣檸檬葉香味，唔同一般嘅鰻魚汁，食落好清新！加上飯係用日本珍珠米，配埋鰻魚汁好正！⁣⁣-吉列豬扒⁣反而小食令我更驚喜，豬扒超級大件，超級鬆脆，肉質又唔會鞋，吉列豬扒係新鮮炸起，好大塊，而且亦都好多汁⁣⁣-燒雞翼雞軟骨 ⁣-燒多春魚⁣兩樣都燒得好有有炭火香味，而且調味適中，好岩做送酒菜！⁣⁣總結嚟講，咁樣嘅價錢，真係算抵食同份量好足，味道方面幾唔錯，但估唔到小食反而令我地仲驚喜，如果叫小食一定要試佢吉列豬扒，行開奧海城嘅可以順便過嚟試！⁣
