To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 入大坑食好野，見呢間人少少又好似幾抵食就入咗去。入去個陣仲做緊happy hour，嘢飲買一送一，平均都係$30一杯，同朋友分每人一杯啱啱好。我真係好鍾意食海鮮，所以叫咗個seafood linguine。個linguine一黎到我就好開心！見到有三隻大蝦，仲要食落好彈牙好juicy，認真好滿足😆帶子嘅軟熟度都啱啱好，三文魚都好好食。仲要好大碟，份量好多，加埋杯野飲酒啱啱好！叫咗杯lime soda，好fresh好正。環境都幾好，幾適合朋友聚餐。
